Coaching can become a game mechanic
The Mochi demo has one line that explains the whole thing: “I play. You coach.”
Mochi keeps moving on its own. You can jump in with an order, redirect it, approve a move, or veto one. If you stay quiet, it improvises.
That creates a skill games barely test today.
Can you give a clear command before the 20-second window closes? Do you know when to let the agent cook? Can you fix a bad interpretation without micromanaging every move?
Two players can coach the same agent and get different results.
Communication becomes part of the build.
